Express 1 Sales Representative Job Description

Title: Sales Representative/Account Representative
Classification: Business to Business Outside Sales
Status: Full Time
Level: Entry Level (Recent College Grads Should Apply)

Job Description:
At Express 1, a sales representative has the opportunity to acquire excellent B-B sales skills, leadership skills, management skills, and knowledge of how to run a small business. Perpetual business and personal growth is what every new professional wants, and Express 1 can supply that via our continual development and training sessions.

New sales representatives will be trained on Express 1’s proprietary B-B sales process. They will also be trained on DHL products and our global freight forwarding solutions. Sales representatives will be required to cold call (face to face & on the phone), set appointments with executives, manage sales meetings with potential clients, give presentations, close sales, and follow up with customers. Sales representatives will have a sales quota every month. Candidates must be ready to learn, take direction, be coached, and be part of a nationwide team. Passion, enthusiasm, and a desire to succeed is what we want - and recent college graduates should apply.

Compensation: Competitive base salary, commissions, car & phone allowance, health benefits. Commissions are not capped or limited.

Job Summary:
Business to Business Sales: Promote and sell air and trucking freight services by cold calling street by street of commercial businesses districts.

Job Requirements:
Achieve assigned sales revenue objectives through acquisition of new customers obtained by face to face cold call sales contact.

Maintain a minimum monthly new account activity and revenue growth by successfully pursuing customers with daily face to face follow-up and cold calling through company sales guidelines.

Actively manage and organize a sales schedule base from company daily role and responsibility guidelines to meet and or exceed performance based on weekly sales indicators.

Set and lead by example in working within the company as a team player and contributor to maximize sales, customer relationships at all levels.

Manage and maintain relationships with your developed customer base by actively monitoring all customers shipping activity.
